charged for pp did not get points

hello i hope i can talk with someone about my purchase of 35000 peach points.  i called my debit card and was told the charge went thru but my account did not recieve them.

Hello,

Please email ripenedpeach@gmail.com and let me know the email address you used when you purchased the points, and I will send you a new code.  Sometimes the email gets lost in spam filters so make sure to check there as well.
