Using Sex Sim in a virtual Windows Machine

I have installed Sex Sim in a Win XP SP3 virtual machine under VirtualBox (graphic card is VirtualBox graphic card)
When I try to start the program, in whatever resolution and details, I have a blank window...
Can I do something?
I cannot even login...

I'm away from the office right now but I will look into that video card when I get back, and see what I can find out.
