I use a laptop and not even a "good" one - just a cheap Acer. It works fine.

Pretty much any computer can run this, so long as it's a "laptop" laptop and not one of those dinky ultrabooks or something.  Tablets might be a little trickier, they don't have the same graphics power at all.
