Download the zip file and unzip it into your Sex Sim installation directory (most likely C:\Sex Sim) while Sex Sim is not running.

When you start Sex Sim you will see the new character in the selection menu.

When you start Sex Sim you will see the new outfit in the clothing menu. If you don't see it then there may be special installation instructions inside the zip file, so look for those.
