Apologies if this is slightly off topic but can anyone tell me if the above game is a one off payment and if its worth getting ??

It's a one-off payment but no, not really worth getting. What you see on the preview pages are pretty much all the content :(

Afraid to say just downloaded and you're right nice graphics but boring gameplay but luckily very cheap...
Lesson learnt, will just have to wait for more updates on here as I do really like the character customization..
