Why are there a whole bunch of gals missing from the add-on shop and the users characters as well?

I don't see any missing from the official add-ons shop and I still see 12 pages of character in the user-created section. What characters in particular are you wondering about?

Keep in mind that user-created characters are subject to removal or updating, which is totally under control of the person who created them. If some characters are missing it may just be that their creator removed them.
