I'm not sure about where & how to install Veronica. Help would be appreciated. Tried already but she didn't show up. THX

Veronica is made by a different company (BabeSoul) so problems with her should really be directed to them.  With that said, if you can give some more details about what problems you're having then maybe I can help.
