I'll second this one. My favorite adult vids are POV, would be nice to see that in the game.
In the meantime, I would not mind simply seeing an option to make the dude's model mostly transparent, kind of a permafade effect instead of just when clipping with the camera. It wouldn't get in the way as much that way.
