Characters / Is it possible to add a photo from a face to a model

I was thinking how easy or difficult would it be to add a part of photo (face frontal) from Jenna Jameson (when she was pretty) to a model with the some figure. Copy and paste and then stretch it here and there, or is it almost impossible?

Me too find it to difficult to use the camera, sometimes it (auto)centers on places i didn't ask for. Would be happy with a more friendly way to get a good view.

To be honest i bought Tif specially so i could use the hair for Giselle. I dont like Tif, just not my type so i will never use her. I prefer to not even see her in my menu, but thats the price of buying her. 
But it kinda feels stupid to buy girls, even if its only $3, you dont even want for free. But maybe youre right and am i complaining to much

Indeed i have bought everything there is except shauna, should i buy shauna too just to play girl x. Ok maybe i should, it isnt the money, but i doesnt feel right.
