Title: unable to download latest patch

Keeps giving me a server busy, cleared my cache as well. Is the server just down I presume?

If you are using Avast, then there have been reports of that causing the page not to load recently. Make sure to whitelist sexsim.com in AVast if you are using it, then try again.
