The thing is when I launch the game the clouds load up and if I hit escape the pause menu loads but nothing else

I am having trouble launching Sex Sim 2 on my rig it is a very powerful rig I7 8700K 16g DDR4 Ram GTX 1060 3GB It will launch the first time but when I close the app and go to re open it at a later time it does not load I see clouds and that is it.
