I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been officially brought on to create some new Sex Sim add-ons (and updates). I'll try to do a nice variety of things and hope to have the first new add-on out soon.

In late January, the Sex Sim project was transferred to a new owner. I stayed on to help out and get them up to speed with how things work. This current 1.x version will continue to be known as "Ripened Peach Sex Sim" for simplicity's sake, but Ripened Peach remains as a separate company and will not be involved with Sex Sim beyond lending its name to it.
I'll be moving on to other projects but I leave you all in good hands. Thanks so much for the support and company during my time here!

How to make things for Sex Sim / A fun little trick for character creators -- CHROME!

Totally forgot about this one until just now. It's been in there for a while, sorry, haha!
Put the following tags into a character's XML file:
<Shader>chrome</Shader>
<HairShader>chrome</HairShader>
Play around with bump maps and colorizing and you could have a really cool robot ready to go.

We have released a patch for people running version 1.7 (October, 2013). This patch will update the sim to version 1.7b. You can download the patch here: http://www.sexsim.com/updates.php
This patch fixes a few bugs that slipped into the last update:

- Variations will now properly show for male\female interactions. Some of them were missing, now they are not.
- Placement issues have been fixed for certain animations.
- Various small bug fixes and speed-ups.
