If you download and where I get the hair of each of the characters? or where I put the files to view them
, where I can download XML the correct version for the game thanks

If you mean characters that you've downloaded from the User Created Characters section then you need to own the hair that they use in order to see it.  For instance, if someone makes a character and uses Ulani's hair on her, then you need to own Ulani or her hair in order for it to show up.

If you are talking about something else, please give more details and I'll see what I can do to help.
