Is it possible to make custom faces? example Celebrities and such?  I had a search but couldn't find anything, thanks.

Did you look in the "How to make things for Sex Sim (http://www.sexsim.com/forum/index.php/board,11.0.html)" section?  That's where you'll find all the current info on how to make things for Sex Sim.  There are more customization options coming so if you don't find what you need just yet for making a certain look then chances are at some point you will.
