hi guys i`m new and after i download this game and try install no thing is happen the screen still black so. what i can do ?! and when i install this game it thing show me

first steps of basic troubleshooting are restarting your pc. This sometimes refreshes your computers memory and it works better.
Try running app as admin and maybe run in compatibility mode. Hope that helps

thx man it`s work now but when , I installed the game and registered too through game page but I just can't login. please help!! i have the exact same issue, when i enter my id and pass its stays like that nothing happens

make sure everything is exact case sensitive. If still having problems issue a ticket. They might be slow upon response but if you can't login there might of been a problem at their end. And they would be the only ones to fix that
