That should be what you need I don't know if you need more I am glad to get you more
The thing is when I launch the game the clouds load up and if I hit escape the pause menu loads but nothing else

Please don't post logs in this forum, but instead make sure to follow the instructions on how to submit a support ticket at the help desk. I've removed the logs you posted as they contain personal information.
