I am trying to apply them to a model and I am using the character editor.  When I go into the character editor and edit the texture I know I am picking the correct file and then the model just shows up white and unusable.

exporting to PNG

Saving to textures in the created characters folder

and yes trying to apply them to a character.

Save resolution checked

Save creation time checked

Save color values from Transparent pixels checked

Compression level 9

I am using GIMP and can not get the textures to save in a way that I can put them on a model.  Can anyone walk me through what the settings need to be when I create and save a texture?
