When I try to download certain things, my installer will always bring up the file as 'index.php' instead of the actual file (finding this even with the new version of the permutor).

How can this be fixed?

This is an issue caused by the latest version of Firefox but I fixed it to work properly here in this forum.  If you're having this problem it's probably due to the original bad pages still being in your browser cache.  If you empty your cache (Google for it if you're not sure how) then things should work properly.  If not, let me know.
