Gameplay issue with user created character.

I have just downloaded the Jada Fire Character which is a very nice model but while she is in some of the oral positions she is out alignment ie slightly off target. Any tips like is it worth re installing the character ?? Thanks in advance.

That looks like it might be an issue in the code and not just with the model.  I'll check it out and see if I can get a fix in for the next update.
