When the OSX version gets released, will I be able to use the same downloaded content? Or will I have to buy a whole bunch of Peach Points again?

Whatever items you've got for the Windows version will work with the OSX version.  There won't be any need to purchase them twice.

With that said, the OSX version is a little while away, but we are working on getting it out as soon as we can.
